- Manage and develop technicians and engineers while delivering capacity to existing data centers and bringing new data centers online.
- Improve processes, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and maintain operational metrics to drive change.
- Ensure health and safety standards and support incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
