What you'll do
- Manage and develop technicians and engineers, overseeing performance and delivery of capacity at existing and new data centers.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams; maintain operational metrics and improve processes.
- Ensure health and safety standards and support incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
