About the job
Maintains data center parts inventory and shipment flow, coordinates procurement and vendor returns, and ensures accurate logistics records and billing.
What you'll do
- Review inventory, shipments, and demand; maintain stock levels and track parts through their lifecycle.
- Coordinate parts fulfillment, procurement, vendor RMAs, and delivery schedules; verify incoming shipments and maintain records.
- Enter and validate inventory and billing data, resolve discrepancies with Accounts Payable, and perform shipping and material-handling tasks.
