Leads data center operations, managing staff and day-to-day infrastructure maintenance, incident response, performance, and operational improvements.
What you'll do
- Assigns and prioritizes trouble tickets; manages, recruits, trains, and develops data center operations staff.
- Oversees daily operations, on-call coverage, hardware logistics, operational metrics, and large-scale outage response.
- Improves operational workflows and procedures, and supports safety, service quality, and customer experience.
