Leads data center operations teams responsible for maintaining AWS infrastructure, managing day-to-day service delivery, and improving operational processes.
What you'll do
- Assigns and oversees trouble tickets, staffing, shifts, hardware logistics, KPIs, and daily operations across data center teams.
- Manages team performance, recruitment, training, career development, and on-call schedules; leads outage events.
- Improves workflows and automation, oversees operational policies and SLAs, and coordinates travel or temporary work at other sites when needed.
