About the job
Supports warehouse inventory and logistics operations for corporate IT devices, including receiving, preparing, shipping, and processing returned assets.
What you'll do
- Receive, store, pick, pack, ship, and restock IT assets and peripherals; prepare new-hire equipment kits.
- Process returned assets and prepare equipment for transport, reuse, disposal, or media destruction according to procedures and policies.
- Complete assigned work within SLA, update ServiceNow, flag issues, and coordinate with warehouse teams.
