What you'll do
- Manage ticketed work and priorities, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and help remove project obstacles.
- Troubleshoot network, routing, and interconnectivity issues; configure and roll out new or upgraded hardware.
- Support capacity management and network operations, including power and cooling requirements and equipment racking and stacking.
