What you'll do
- Manage and develop data center operations staff, including recruiting, training, performance management, and career-path development.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, trouble-ticket prioritization, on-call coverage, operational metrics, and large-scale outages.
- Improve processes and workflows, oversee policies and procedures, and promote technology innovation and automation.
