What you'll do
- Assigns and prioritizes tickets, manages staffing and team performance, and oversees day-to-day data center operations.
- Leads outage response, on-call scheduling, and improvements to operational workflows, processes, and automation.
- Ensures KPIs and SLAs are met while developing employees and managing policies, documentation, and projects.
