What you'll do
- Manage staffing, performance, ticket prioritization, training, and career development for data center operations teams.
- Oversee daily operations, logistics, KPIs, workflows, policies, and service levels; lead outage events and participate in on-call coverage.
- Guide process improvement, automation, technical projects, and hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
