About the job
Installs, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains data center server, network, and operating system equipment to support AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; troubleshoot and repair hardware and network issues; respond to operational incidents and perform routine repairs.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders, participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance, and support change management.
- Document operational issues and improve processes; help interview, train, and onboard team members.
