Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server and network hardware, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating system issues; respond to incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders, and perform on-call, scheduled maintenance, and change management duties.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
