About the job
Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs data center server and network hardware to maintain AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating system issues; respond to incidents.
- Perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
