Delivers and manages technical training programs that prepare new hires to operate and maintain data center infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver training on data center operations, critical infrastructure, and standard operating procedures; manage training logistics and records.
- Manage training labs, equipment, and facilities, including developing operating procedures and practical scenarios.
- Work with subject matter experts to develop and improve training materials, resources, and delivery methods.
