About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server hardware, troubleshooting networks and operating systems, and supporting service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating system issues; respond to operational incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders and participate in on-call, maintenance, and change management activities.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
