Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots data center server and network equipment to support AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating system issues; respond to service incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders, and participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
