Installs, diagnoses, and repairs data center hardware and network systems to maintain AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; troubleshoot and repair hardware, networks, and operating systems; respond to incidents and perform scheduled maintenance.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.
- Perform on-call duties and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
