About the job
Maintain AWS data center operations by installing and repairing server and network hardware, troubleshooting issues, and responding to incidents.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating system issues; respond to operational incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders, and participate in on-call, scheduled maintenance, and change management.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.

Pay
30.91 - 54.18 USD hourly (base salary)
