Installs, maintains, and repairs data center hardware and networks, responds to operational incidents, and supports reliable 24/7 AWS data center operations.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to service-impacting incidents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call work and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train new team members.
