Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs data center server and network equipment to maintain AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating system issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders; participate in on-call rotations, scheduled maintenance, and change management.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
