About the job
Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs data center hardware and networks while supporting operational incidents, maintenance, and on-call coverage.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; perform hardware repairs and network troubleshooting; respond to incidents and escalate as needed.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders; participate in on-call, scheduled maintenance, and change management.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train and onboard team members.
What they ask for
- 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience, or experience related IT.
- 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking (including troubleshooting and repair) experience.
- Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Travel to or commute between data center locations as required; have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
