About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server hardware, troubleshooting networks and operating systems, and supporting operational availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating-system issues; respond to incidents and perform scheduled maintenance and on-call duties.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, vendors, and contractors.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
