Installs, diagnoses, and repairs data center server and network hardware to maintain AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, troubleshoot and repair hardware, networks, and operating systems, and respond to operational incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
