Installs, repairs, and troubleshoots data center hardware and networks, supports operational incidents, and helps maintain reliable 24/7 site operations.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, perform on-call and scheduled maintenance work, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.
- Train and onboard team members; travel between data center sites as operational needs require.
