About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server hardware, troubleshooting networks and operating systems, and supporting service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, diagnose and repair hardware and network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders; participate in on-call duties, scheduled maintenance, and change management.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
