About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server hardware, troubleshooting network and operating-system issues, and supporting operational availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, diagnose and repair hardware and network issues, and respond to service-impacting incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train and onboard team members.
