About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server hardware, troubleshooting network issues, and supporting continuous operations.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating system issues; respond to incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders, and perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
