About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server and network hardware, diagnosing operational issues, and supporting service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, troubleshoot and repair hardware, networking, and operating systems, and respond to incidents affecting service availability.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
