Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server hardware, troubleshooting network issues, and supporting operational availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call, scheduled maintenance, and change management duties.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train new team members.
