About the job
Installs, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains data center servers and network equipment to support AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; troubleshoot and repair hardware, network, and operating-system issues, and respond to incidents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; participate in on-call rotations, scheduled maintenance, and change management.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
