What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, perform on-call and scheduled maintenance, and escalate issues as needed.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train and onboard team members.
