About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server and network hardware, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting operational availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, troubleshoot network issues, and repair hardware and operating systems.
- Respond to incidents, perform on-call duties, and participate in scheduled maintenance and change management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and contribute to documentation, process improvement, and team onboarding.
