About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server hardware, diagnosing network and operating system issues, and supporting service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; troubleshoot and repair hardware, networks, and operating systems, and respond to operational incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
