Maintains AWS data center operations by installing and repairing hardware, troubleshooting network issues, responding to incidents, and supporting service availability.

- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train new team members.
