Maintains AWS data center availability by diagnosing and repairing hardware, network, and operating-system issues, installing and upgrading equipment, and improving operational processes.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair server hardware, network, and operating-system issues; perform upgrades and rebuilds.
- Work assigned trouble tickets to meet service-level agreements and coordinate with other teams, vendors, and contractors.
