Troubleshoots and repairs data center infrastructure, resolves operational issues, maintains support documentation, and assists with local projects.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate resolver groups.
- Create and maintain documentation and convey SOPs to junior staff; serve as an escalation point for junior technicians.
- Execute small projects independently and help plan and deliver larger local projects.
