About the job
Installs, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains data center server, network, and operating system hardware to support AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; troubleshoot and repair hardware, networking, and operating systems; respond to incidents and perform scheduled maintenance and on-call work.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to operational documentation and process improvements.
- Help interview, train, and onboard team members.
