About the job
Installs, diagnoses, and repairs data center server and network hardware to maintain AWS service availability.

- Install server racks; troubleshoot and repair hardware, networking, and operating systems; respond to incidents.
- Support stakeholders, perform on-call and scheduled maintenance, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.
- Help interview, train, and onboard team members.
