Troubleshoot and resolve data center infrastructure issues while carrying out physical tasks to deploy, maintain, and decommission racks and equipment.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot hardware, fiber, networking, and related infrastructure issues; engage other teams to resolve problems.
- Plan and track capacity; deploy, cable, troubleshoot, and decommission racks and equipment.
- Detect and report issues proactively to maintain service-level agreements and support 24/7 operations.
