Troubleshoot and resolve data center hardware, fiber, networking, and related infrastructure issues while supporting deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair data center infrastructure, including hardware, fiber, and networking.
- Plan and track capacity; deploy, cable, and decommission racks and equipment.
- Own technical issues, coordinate with other teams, and proactively detect and report issues to maintain service levels.
