Troubleshoots and resolves data center infrastructure issues while supporting the deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of equipment across AWS facilities.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot hardware, fiber, networking, and related infrastructure problems; engage other teams to resolve issues.
- Plan and track capacity, deploy and cable racks, troubleshoot hardware and software, and decommission racks.
- Proactively detect and report issues, maintain service-level agreements, and support 24/7 operations.
