About the job
Troubleshoots and resolves data center hardware, fiber, networking, and related infrastructure issues while supporting data center operations.
What you'll do
- Plan and track capacity, deploy and cable racks, troubleshoot hardware and software, and decommission racks.
- Own customer technical issues, engage other teams to resolve them, and maintain service-level agreements through proactive detection and reporting.
- Work physical data center shifts supporting 24/7 operations, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
