About the job
Troubleshoot and resolve data center infrastructure issues while supporting deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of racks and hardware.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot hardware, fiber, networking, and related data center issues; engage other teams to resolve problems.
- Perform capacity planning and tracking, rack deployment and cabling, hardware and software troubleshooting, and rack decommissioning.
- Detect and report issues proactively to maintain service level agreements; work shifts supporting 24/7 operations.
