About the job
Troubleshoots and resolves data center infrastructure issues while carrying out physical operations such as rack deployment, cabling, maintenance, and decommissioning.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot hardware, fiber, networking, and related infrastructure issues, engaging other teams as needed.
- Perform capacity planning and tracking, rack deployment and cabling, hardware/software troubleshooting, and rack decommissioning.
- Detect and report issues proactively to maintain service-level agreements; work shifts supporting 24/7 operations.
