Troubleshoot and repair data center infrastructure, including hardware, fiber, and networking, while supporting rack deployment, cabling, and decommissioning.
What you'll do
- Own and resolve technical issues, engaging other teams when needed.
- Perform capacity planning and tracking, rack deployment and cabling, troubleshooting, and rack decommissioning.
- Detect and report issues proactively to maintain service level agreements.
