Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots data center hardware and networks while responding to incidents to sustain service availability and reliability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Serve as a contact for stakeholders, perform on-call and scheduled maintenance duties, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.
- Train and onboard team members and help maintain service-level agreements through proactive issue detection and reporting.
