Installs, maintains, and repairs data center servers and network equipment to support AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; troubleshoot and repair hardware, network, and operating system issues; respond to incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders and participate in on-call, scheduled maintenance, and change management.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
