Maintains AWS data center operations through server installation, hardware repair, network troubleshooting, and incident response.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train new team members.
