What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, perform on-call and scheduled maintenance duties, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.
- Support service-level agreements through proactive issue detection and reporting; help train and onboard team members.
