Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots data center hardware and networks, responds to operational incidents, and supports continuous 24/7 service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to incidents, escalating as needed.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train new team members.
